As a TejGURU educator, you will teach Maths and Science online up to Grade 8 using a methodology we’ve spent 15 years building.

Your role is to give demo sessions, enroll, teach and engage students.
Start Small. Grow At Your Own Pace.
You can begin with a single batch and gradually expand as you become comfortable with the methodology and teaching framework.
At full capacity, educators may teach up to 36 students across multiple batches, with earning potential of up to ₹1,08,000 per month.
How quickly you grow depends on the time you choose to invest, the number of students you take on, and your ability to convert interested parents/students into enrollments.

Sanjiv Marwaha
Founder, Wisetime Learning
After spending 17 years in the corporate world working with Fortune 500 companies and leading teams, Sanjiv noticed a troubling pattern.
Many graduates entering the workforce lacked strong foundational skills. Not because they weren’t intelligent, but because somewhere along the way, true understanding had been replaced by memorisation.
Determined to address the problem at its root, he started Wisetime Learning in 2011.
What began as an after-school program soon evolved into a powerful insight: when children learn through activities, exploration, and hands-on experiences, even subjects like Maths become engaging and enjoyable.
That insight led to the development of Wisetime’s Maths and Science learning methodology, which has since been implemented across 100+ schools, trained 2000+ teachers, and impacted over 50,000 students.

Is TejGURU offering a teaching job?
No. TejGuru is not hiring employees or offering fixed salaries. It is an educator ecosystem that helps aspiring and existing educators build and grow their own online teaching practice.
How do TejGURU educators get students?
TejGURU provides student acquisition support and introduces interested parents and students through the ecosystem.
Educators are responsible for converting those interested students into enrollments.
How do TejGURU educators earn?
Educators earn by teaching students enrolled in their batches.
The complete educator model, ecosystem structure, and earning opportunity will be explained during the Orientation Session.
Do I need prior teaching experience?
Not necessarily.
Subject knowledge, willingness to learn, communication skills, and a genuine interest in teaching are often more important than formal teaching experience.
Do I need a B.Ed?
No. A B.Ed. is not mandatory.
However, you should have a strong foundation in Maths and Science and be comfortable teaching students up to Grade 8.
What subjects will I teach?
Maths and Science from Grade 3 up to Grade 8.
Will training be provided?
Yes. Selected educators undergo structured training before onboarding.
How much time do I need to commit?
Many educators begin with a single batch of 40+40 minutes and gradually expand over time.
The amount of time you invest depends on the number of students and batches you choose to take on.
Most successful educators will dedicate approximately 4.5 hours per day across multiple student batches.
